Data Science Trainer

The Data Science Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training on data science concepts, tools, and techniques. The trainer will design curriculum, conduct hands-on sessions, mentor learners, and ensure participants gain practical and industry-ready skills in data analysis, machine learning, and related fields.

Key Responsibilities1. Training Delivery

• Conduct instructor-led training (online or classroom) on Data Science, Python, Machine Learning, Statistics, and related subjects.
• Deliver engaging sessions with real-world examples and hands-on exercises.
• Ensure learners understand and apply concepts effectively through practical projects.

2. Curriculum & Content Development

• Develop, update, and maintain course materials, assignments, and project work.
• Create assessments, quizzes, and learning resources aligned with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in Data Science & AI.

3. Student Mentoring & Support

• Guide students on projects, case studies, and capstone assignments.
• Provide personalized feedback and support to improve learner understanding.
• Assist students with doubts, career queries, and interview preparation (if applicable).

4. Evaluation & Reporting

• Track learner progress through assessments and performance metrics.
• Provide detailed feedback to learners and reporting to management.
• Recommend improvements based on training effectiveness and learner feedback.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate with academic teams, product teams, and curriculum designers.
• Contribute to improving training methodologies and learning experiences.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training workshops, and upskilling programs.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience as a trainer in Data Science
• Prior training/teaching experience is mandatory

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
