Education Counsellor

• Provide counselling to students and working professionals about IT training programs offered by uncodemy, including Full Stack Development, Software Testing, Data Science, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Python, Java, Digital Marketing, and other emerging technologies.
• Understand candidates academic background, interests, experience level, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, WhatsApp chats, emails, and social media leads professionally.
• Clearly explain course curriculum/design, tools & technologies covered, training methodology, internship scope, certifications, batch schedules, and placement support.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Counsel students on industry trends, job roles, salary expectations, and career roadmaps in IT.
• Handle registrations, admission documentation, EMI/payment support, and onboarding formalities.
• Coordinate with academic trainers, placement cell, and student support teams to ensure a smooth learning experience.
• Maintain and update lead status, follow-up details, and admission records in CRM.
• Organize and participate in counselling campaigns, seminars, webinars, and college outreach activities.
• Ensure high student satisfaction and drive referrals through quality interactions.
• Resolve student queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 to 6 years of experience

  in academic counselling, admissions, inside sales, or EdTech training services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and student-friendly language.
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into enrollments and meet targets.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM software, and data handling.
