Telecalling & Lead Engagement:
Reach out to potential learners, follow up on leads, and convert interest into enrollments.
Consult & Guide:
Understand learners' goals and suggest the best learning path.
Own the Sales Process:
Take ownership of the entire sales process, from first contact to closing the sale.
Master the Products:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the courses offered and provide expert advice to learners.
Achieve & Earn More:
Meet and exceed sales targets to unlock attractive incentives.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

Academic Edge:
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
Master Communicator:
Fluent in English with strong persuasion skills and confidence to engage diverse audiences.
Sales Champion:
Target-driven achiever with strong objection-handling and deal-closing skills.
Career Stage:
Ambitious freshers and experienced sales professionals (1+ years) are encouraged to apply; EdTech background preferred.
Performance Driven:
Thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and remains focused on achieving results.

CTC

Competitive Salary: Up to 6 LPA (Up to 3 LPA Fixed + Up to 3 LPA Variable).
