Role Overview: Join our dynamic admissions team where you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective learners through the enrollment journey. Your passion for excellence, consultative selling skills, and ability to consistently achieve enrollment targets will be highly valued in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to potential students" queries regarding our programs and the admissions process via phone, email, or chat. - Clearly articulate the value of our programs and support candidates through every step of the admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment. - Plan and implement strategies to enhance admissions performance and achieve enrollment targets. - Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Minimum 2 years of experience in education enrollments, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a talent for converting prospects into successful enrollments. - Proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, eLearning tools, and CRM systems.
