Job Description

Role Purpose

Convert inquiries into enrollments.
Guide students through course selection, eligibility, and career pathways.Own the entire admissions funnel from lead to enrollment to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Conversion

Call, counsel, and convert students from inbound and outbound leads.
Qualify prospects based on goals, budget, skills, and timeline.
Maintain high call volume and fast follow-ups (SLA: under 5 minutes).
Track funnel metrics: Lead Interested Counselling Enrollment.

Student Guidance & Counselling

Explain courses, fees, curriculum, internships, and placement pathways.
Recommend the right program based on student goals and skill gaps.
Conduct 1:1 counselling sessions via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom.
Address objections effectively (fees, time, career scope, parental concerns).

Admissions Operations

Manage application flow, documentation, and enrollment processes.
Coordinate with academic teams for batch allocation and student onboarding.
Maintain CRM hygiene: notes, status updates, follow-up tasks.

Target Achievement

Hit monthly enrollment KPIs.
Improve conversion rates through structured follow-ups and scripting.
Push referral enrollments, early payments, and scholarship programs.
