Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Education Consultant. The Education Consultant will work closely with individuals and organizations to identify their training and certification needs. Key responsibilities include advising clients on suitable professional development programs, customizing training plans, facilitating the implementation of tailored learning solutions, and maintaining relationships to ensure client satisfaction. The consultant will also oversee enrollment processes and collaborate with the internal team to deliver quality training services.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of training and certification programs, including Quality Management, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management certifications
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and consultation skills
• Ability to research and customize learning solutions based on individual or organizational needs
• Proficiency in training delivery, curriculum planning, and learning strategies
• Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Experience in education, corporate training, or consultancy roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with industry-specific certifications and trends is a plus
