Join our dynamic admissions team and play a pivotal role in guiding prospective learners through the enrollment journey. As a member of our admissions team, your key responsibilities will include responding promptly to potential students" queries via phone, email, or chat, articulating the value of our programs, supporting candidates through the admissions cycle, planning strategies to enhance admissions performance, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. To be eligible for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, a minimum of 2 years of experience in education enrollments with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, eLearning tools, and CRM systems.
