Key Responsibilities Business / Function Oversee daily priorities and supervise team members in project planning Implement projects and project tasks while adhering to established procedures Address client concerns and exceed operational targets Contribute to the development and implementation of necessary procedures and processes Participate in the talent selection process to ensure the selection of suitable individuals Provide guidance and support for the development of team members in alignment with business objectives Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and protection of company's intellectual property Internal Team Ensure team members have a clear understanding of expectations Regularly review team performance to ensure it meets or exceeds client requirements Conduct periodic performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback Demonstrate professional behavior and uphold company values Foster productive relationships with relevant internal functions Uphold discipline and professional work ethic to maintain the company’s image and reputation Protect the company's intellectual property Requirements Requirements: Experience: 4 - 12 Years in content writing/editing Education: Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Mass Communications, or Marketing with a minimum of 60% marks Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce and retail industry, Process Management, Client Search Engine Proficiency Skills: Communication, Team Management, MS Office proficiency, Project Management, Decision Making Skills Attitude: Positive, Confident, Resilient attitude, Ability to navigate ambiguities/chaos and conflicts, Motivational and empathetic, Target-driven with superior attention to detail and accuracy Benefits Additional Job Features Holidays : 2 days per month + 10 public holidays Benefits: Other benefits provisioned
