Editorial Advisor

You will be joining Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions as an Editorial Advisor in Pune. As a part of the Publishing Solutions vertical, Manuscript Services team consists of Subject Matter Experts in various fields of Science who provide Manuscript & Editorial support services. Your responsibilities will include performing quality checks on submitted/amended/revised Manuscripts, inviting and securing Editorial Board Members, communicating with Authors/Editors, handling minor queries, coaching/mentoring new team members, tracking and completing assigned tasks within timelines, achieving quality and productivity targets, and sharing knowledge and best practices with peers. To qualify for this role, you must have a Masters degree in Life and Physical Sciences and at least 1 year of experience. The place of work is at 1201/1301, Building No. 5 (R3), Gera Commerzone, Kharadi, Pune, with a hybrid working model. Essential requirements for this position include excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as demonstrating principled performance and sound business ethics.
