Editorial Advisor

As an Editorial Advisor at Springer Nature Group located in Pune (Kharadi), you will play a crucial role in supporting the publication process of manuscripts from submission to production. Your responsibilities will include analyzing manuscripts, completing AIP/RC checks using a predefined checklist, communicating with editors, addressing manuscript-related queries, tracking project logs and reports, meeting timelines, achieving quality and productivity targets, suggesting process improvements, and sharing knowledge in team meetings. Key relationships in this role will involve working with editors, senior editors, team managers, authors, team members, and senior leadership. To be successful in this role, you should possess at least 1 year of experience, excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite, good knowledge of performance metrics, strong organizational and time-management skills, analytical and logical reasoning ability, and decision-making skills. Additionally, a Master's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences is required.
