Job Description: Manager – Metrics, Monitoring and Data Analytics **Location:** Pune, India Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager – Metrics, Monitoring and Data Analytics to join our Global Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team and lead our data-driven initiatives and monitoring of the Group compliance program. This senior role is equivalent to an experienced Manager in a Big Four consulting firm (e.g., EY, KPMG, Deloitte or PWC) and will be responsible for shaping and executing the GRC monitoring and data strategy, establish metrics and monitoring processes to demonstrate effectiveness over an expanded mandate and overseeing performance metrics, and managing analytics platforms to drive business insight. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the GRC monitoring and data strategy. Manage and optimize analytics platforms and tools for data visualization and reporting. Design performance metrics and monitoring frameworks which can be implemented across various departments/not dependent on underlying systems to measure compliance effectiveness, taking into account new technologies such as AI to support risk detection and monitoring.
