Editorial Advisor

As an Editorial Advisor at Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions, your role will involve providing Manuscript & Editorial support services including SNAPP, Transfer Desk Services, and Nature Editorial Services. You will be responsible for the following: - Perform quality check (QC) on submitted/amended/revised Manuscripts as per EA guidelines - Invite and secure Editorial Board Members (EBM) for the manuscript - Communicate effectively with Authors/Editors - Handle minor queries from peers (EAs) or escalate them to team leaders/senior peers - Assist in coaching/mentoring new team members - Track and complete assigned tasks within the timeline - Achieve/exceed set quality and productivity targets - Share knowledge and best practices with peers/team Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters in Life and Physical Sciences Additionally, you should possess: - Excellent Communication skills: Written and Verbal Desired qualities for this role are: - Value Diversity (Respect, value, and adapt to diversity) - Drive for Results (Show relentless focus on end results) - Collaboration & Teamwork (Promote cooperation & teamwork to achieve common outcomes) Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions is the technology and publishing solutions arm of the Springer Nature Group.
