The EDI Enrollment Analyst plays a critical role in facilitating electronic data interchange (EDI) processes between healthcare providers, clearinghouses, and insurance payers. This position is responsible for managing and processing electronic service enrollment requests, troubleshooting issues related to claim rejections and remittances, and providing timely support to both customers and internal teams. The analyst acts as a key liaison, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of EDI-related concerns, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, accuracy, and compliance with payer requirements.


Role & Responsibilities


The EDI Enrollment Analyst will perform the following tasks while meeting customer satisfaction and quality goals.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Process enrollment requests for electronic services with clearinghouse and payers.
  • Answer incoming enrollment emails and phone calls to resolve customer issues.
  • Assist customers with payer agreements and online enrollments.
  • Troubleshooting enrollment rejections with insurance payers and clearinghouse.
  • Researching missing remittances and enrollment related claim rejections.
  • Provide internal support to the Onboarding, Implementation, Sales or Support team on all enrollment related calls/issues.
  • Follow-up with customers, clearinghouses, and insurance payers on enrollment status.
