Economics Trainer

Profile Overview:

Note: Trainers with a strong background in communication and facilitation but limited finance experience will receive full training and support to deliver the content effectively.

programs that equip students with the practical knowledge and exposure necessary to succeed in

their chosen careers. In addition to training, Gyansthan also focuses on Futuristic Learning Initiatives

aimed at reimagining and upgrading traditional educational practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive sessions on core financial topics, including income, savings, budgeting, banking, credit, debt, taxes, insurance, and investing.
• * Assist in developing and customizing financial education materials, lesson plans, and assessments to suit the target audience.
• Use creative tools such as games, role-plays, simulations, and real-life case studies to enhance engagement and learning.
• Represent the organization in schools, colleges, and community forums to promote financial awareness.
• Collect and incorporate feedback to continuously improve training delivery and session effectiveness.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Education, or a related field. Certification in financial education/training is a plus.
• 6–12 months of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation. Experience working with school or college students is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom engagement skills.
• A sound understanding of financial principles and tools, or a willingness to upskill in the domain.
• Passion for education, youth empowerment, and making financial knowledge accessible to all.
