We are expanding our online presence and are looking for a driven and experienced Ecommerce Specialist to manage and grow our marketplace operations.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Indian ecommerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with operations, cataloging, digital marketing, and campaign management across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on marketplaces like Amazon (including Vendor Central), Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Pepperfry, FirstCry, Cred, JioMart.
• Handle operations on quick commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart.
• Create and manage product catalogs, perform bulk uploads and updates.
• Coordinate product shoots, ensure accurate content and SEO-optimized descriptions.
• Plan and execute ad campaigns on marketplaces to boost visibility and sales.
• Monitor account health, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for continuous performance improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for seamless operations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce/marketplace operations in India.
• Strong knowledge of listing tools, seller portals, and analytics dashboards.
• Experience in cataloging, pricing strategy, performance tracking, and online marketing.
• Familiar with advertising tools across Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Textile or home furnishings experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
