Job Description

The role of an Ecommerce Platform Coordinator (also called Ecommerce Coordinator, Online Sales Coordinator, or Digital Commerce Coordinator) focuses on managing and optimizing the daily operations of online sales platforms. The job ensures efficient digital sales management, accurate product listings, and smooth customer experiences across e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings, descriptions, specifications, and images on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Monitor website performance, user experience, and sales analytics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO tracking systems.
Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for order fulfillment, invoice management, and returns processing.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a seamless after-sales experience.
Assist in product photography coordination and manage digital assets for web display.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong Excel, CRM, and content management skills.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and cart abandonment.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data for reporting and optimization decisions.
Excellent multitasking, communication, and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
