Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging & Production ManagementOversee daily packaging of orders to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand standards. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth production and restocking. Maintain inventory of packaging materials and place timely procurement orders. Ensure all products are quality-checked before dispatch. Streamline packaging processes to improve speed and efficiency. E-Commerce Platform Management (Amazon, Blinkit, etc.)Manage product listings, pricing, stock levels, and content on Amazon, Blinkit, and other marketplaces. Handle order processing, returns, replacements, and issue resolution. Monitor platform dashboards for performance, flags, and SLAs. Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns, operational issues, and compliance requirements. Track and update inventory across all channels. Logistics & OperationsCoordinate pickups with courier partners. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Skills & QualificationsExperience in e-commerce operations (Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit Seller Panel, etc.) preferred. Basic understanding of packaging workflows and production processes. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
