Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to join our fast-growing team. The role involves managing daily operations across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory control, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day order processing, returns, and dispatches across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit) and D2C website.
• 
  
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners to ensure timely shipments and fulfillment.
• 
  
• Update and reconcile inventory across platforms to avoid stockouts or overselling.
• 
  
• Monitor daily sales and operations dashboards; flag discrepancies and ensure data hygiene.
• 
  
• Handle returns, cancellations, and customer complaints in coordination with support and warehouse teams.
• 
  
• Ensure listing hygiene: updating content, pricing, stock availability, and promotional inputs on seller portals.
• 
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for new product launches and campaign readiness.
• 
  
• Maintain operational reports and trackers for inventory, dispatch TATs, order accuracy, and logistics costs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or order management.
• 
  
• Working knowledge of seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).
• 
  
• Strong Excel and data handling skills.
• 
  
• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot operational issues quickly.
• 
  
• Detail-oriented, with good communication and coordination skills.
• 
  
• Experience in handling high volume orders and festive season pressure is a plus.
