We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a skilled E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online sales, digital campaigns, and growth strategies across multiple platforms.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager to manage and grow our online business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, creating marketing campaigns, optimizing listings, managing paid ads, and building strong brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to increase revenue.
• Manage SEO, keyword research, and content optimization for product visibility.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales.
• Oversee inventory, pricing strategies, and customer engagement for online platforms.
• Collaborate with the design/content team for creatives, product videos, and ad campaigns.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports to ensure growth targets are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in E-commerce Marketing / Online Sales (preferably in FMCG, Herbal, or Personal Care industry).
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Shopify/WooCommerce (if applicable).
• Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent understanding of digital trends and e-commerce strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketing.
