Ecommerce & Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for managing online stores, organizing product catalogs, and utilizing WooCommerce and Canva effectively. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Keeping the product catalog updated and organized across different categories - Managing and optimizing the WooCommerce store without the need for development skills - Creating attractive Canva creatives for various purposes such as social media, banners, and promotions - Assisting in digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and basic ad support - Ensuring the smooth operation and visual appeal of the WordPress site, focusing on user-friendly navigation - Collaborating with other team members like designers or content writers when necessary To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of experience in managing ecommerce platforms - Proficiency in WooCommerce and WordPress - Familiarity with Canva for quick edits and creative designs - Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including platforms like Instagram, Meta Ads, and Google Ads - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain orderly product pages and efficient order processes Additional details about the company: We are a small and rapidly growing business with three exciting brands encompassing Corporate Gifting (B2B), Return Gifts for Events (B2C), and Kitchen Appliances (B2C).
