Ecommerce & Marketing Manager

Hey there! We're a small but fast-growing business with three exciting brands under one roof:

• Corporate Gifting (B2B)
• Return Gifts for Events (B2C)
• Kitchen Appliances (B2C)

We're looking for someone who’s got a good grip on managing online stores, loves organizing product catalogs, and knows their way around WooCommerce and Canva. If you're someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being part of a brand’s growth journey—we’d love to chat!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keeping our product catalog updated and clean across categories
• Managing and tweaking our WooCommerce store (you don’t need to be a dev, just comfortable with the backend)
• Designing fun and aesthetic Canva creatives for social, banners, and promotions
• Helping with digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, basic ad support)
• Ensuring our WordPress site runs smoothly, looks good, and is easy to navigate
• Coordinating with other team members (like designers or content writers) when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience managing ecommerce platforms
• Confident with WooCommerce and WordPress
• Know your way around Canva for quick edits and creatives
• Basic understanding of digital marketing—you know how things work on Instagram, Meta Ads, maybe even a bit of Google Ads
• Detail-oriented and organized (we love neat product pages and smooth order flows!)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience handling both B2B and B2C audiences
• Some exposure to analytics or SEO
• A creative mind that loves improving UX and visuals
