Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Lead the planning and implementation of online marketing and merchandising initiatives.

  • Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering professional growth.

  • Ensure the team aligns with company goals and follows e-commerce best practices.

  • Oversee digital content management across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for conversion.

  • Manage the companys presence on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, ensuring product listings align with the brand image and meet platform standards.

  • Address and resolve product listing issues, customer feedback, and compliance-related concerns.

  • Regularly analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce department, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

  • Lead SEO initiatives and marketing campaigns to enhance online brand visibility and performance.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with overall company marketing objectives.

  • Manage the e-commerce departments budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for marketing campaigns, platform management, and team development.

  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive strategy that maximizes sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and technologies, recommending and implementing innovations to improve online sales performance, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

  • Extensive experience in e-commerce strategy and platform management, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and online advertising (Google Ads, Google Analytics).

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in KPI management, sales performance analysis, and market research.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments and external partners.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
