With years of experience in international eCommerce, we’re expanding our online footprint and are looking for a skilled, passionate, and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Role Overview:

We’re hiring an eCommerce & Social Media Manager to handle our export-focused online jewelry stores and boost our brand visibility across social platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing international eCommerce platforms like Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, etc., and creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities: eCommerce Management (Export Focused):

• Manage and optimize listings on Shopify, Etsy, Alibaba, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling product titles and descriptions (especially for international buyers).
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely order processing and shipping.
• Handle international client communication and queries professionally.
• Monitor and analyze store performance (conversion rate, traffic, etc.).

Social Media Management:

• Create and implement content calendars for Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Coordinate with designers and photographers for product photo shoots and reels.
• Manage ad campaigns and influencer collaborations (primarily in the US, UK, and Canada).
• Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and live sessions.
• Grow followers and increase brand engagement through creative strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in eCommerce (Shopify/Etsy/Amazon) with international markets.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry terminology (moissanite, 925 silver, solid gold, etc.).
• Good command of English (written & spoken) for global communication.
• Social media marketing experience with design understanding (Canva, basic Photoshop preferred).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking metrics and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the jewelry or fashion industry.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
• Prior experience working with US or European clients/customers.
