Ecommerce Lead / Manager - Marketplaces

Role Overview: As an Ecommerce Leader/Ecommerce Manager at SEREKO, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified traffic, increasing brand equity, and driving higher revenue and profit on marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end pitching and negotiation with marketplaces, coordinating with internal departments to ensure attractive product listings, strategizing market sampling, sales planning and execution, and leading a team of e-commerce specialists. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experience, monitoring sales performance, and identifying new marketplace opportunities for expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Generate qualified traffic, increase brand equity, and drive higher revenue and profit on marketplaces - Pitch and negotiate with marketplaces for listing, promotions, volume planning, and margin negotiation - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure attractive product listings - Strategize market sampling and execute sales planning - Lead a team of e-commerce specialists and optimize the user experience on marketplaces - Develop pricing strategy and implement promotions campaigns - Enhance customer experience, monitor sales performance, and establish efficient order fulfillment processes - Identify new marketplace opportunities for expansion and handle customer inquiries and complaints - Develop and demonstrate skills for hiring, training, and leading team members Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in online marketplace management - Strong knowledge of the eCommerce industry and best practices - Proficiency with marketplace management tools and software relevant to eCommerce - Strong analytical and forecasting skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment - Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle escalations effectively - Strong product understanding of Cosmetics/beauty, fashion, and social trends relevant for the business Additional Details: Immediate joining is an additional advantage for the candidate.
