Job Title: E-commerce Executive – Shopify Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on
Shopify
with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
Handle order processing, invoicing, and timely coordination with logistics.
Monitor inventory and ensure product availability across platforms.
Work on marketplace integrations, particularly with
Myntra
, ensuring smooth uploads and compliance with guidelines.
Optimize product pages for improved visibility and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for product data, pricing, and content.
Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to increase revenue.
Resolve operational issues related to product listings, orders, and returns.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of
Shopify
backend and listing management.
Hands-on experience with
Myntra Seller Portal
or other marketplaces.
Knowledge of invoicing and order management systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce.
Familiarity with tools like Unicommerce/Woo-commerce (added advantage).
