The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing ecommerce strategies, optimizing digital performance, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform including product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and promotional campaigns.* Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to execute effective online merchandising and marketing strategies.* Analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.* Monitor performance metrics (traffic, CTR, bounce rates, sales) and prepare regular performance reports.* Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.* Optimize product listings for SEO and improve discoverability across platforms.* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging ecommerce tools and technologies.**Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.* 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.* Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, ,) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).* Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Excel.* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
