Ecommerce Executive

As an E-commerce Executive at RmKV Silks, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Shopify-based online store. Your role will involve close collaboration with the store, product, and digital teams to ensure accurate catalog updates, stock management, customer coordination, and smooth order processing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinating with the product and store team to plan and schedule product shoots - Uploading and managing product listings on the Shopify website - Monitoring and managing inventory across online and offline channels - Handling billing and invoicing - Coordinating product transfers between store and warehouse - Managing shipping and delivery processes - Providing customer support for shipping queries, product requirements, and order-related inquiries - Collaborating with the social media and SEO teams to enhance digital promotions and product visibility **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) - Working knowledge of the Shopify platform - Basic understanding of sarees and ready-to-wear garments - Strong communication skills in Tamil and English - Good coordination and time management abilities - Willingness to learn In addition to the above responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work with one of Tamil Nadu's most iconic silk brands, gain exposure to digital retail and fashion e-commerce operations, and be part of a supportive team environment with growth opportunities.,
