Ecommerce Executive

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of RmKV Silks" Shopify-based online store as an E-commerce Executive. Your role will involve close collaboration with the store, product, and digital teams to ensure accurate catalog updates, stock management, customer coordination, and smooth order processing. We welcome individuals with previous website roles and knowledge in Shopify and MS Office, but this opportunity is open to everyone with any degree. Freshers with a passion for e-commerce and ethnic fashion are encouraged to apply. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with the product and store team to plan and schedule product shoots, uploading and managing product listings on the Shopify website, monitoring and managing inventory across online and offline channels, handling billing and invoicing, coordinating product transfers between store and warehouse, managing shipping and delivery processes, and providing customer support for shipping queries, product requirements, and order-related inquiries. Additionally, you will collaborate with the social media and SEO teams to enhance digital promotions and product visibility. Preferred skills and knowledge for this role include hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word), working knowledge of the Shopify platform, basic understanding of sarees and ready-to-wear garments, strong communication skills in Tamil and English, good coordination, time management abilities, and a willingness to learn.
