About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive (1-3 years of experience) to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, inventory coordination, marketplace operations, order management, and digital optimization to drive sales and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management Manage daily operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, B2B marketplaces like Indiamart, Alibaba, TradeIndia, Wayfair (UK), etc. Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords) with A+ content. Monitor and ensure product visibility, pricing accuracy, and catalog quality. Order & Inventory Management Process and track orders across platforms. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth dispatch and timely delivery. Maintain stock levels and update inventory to avoid over-selling or stockouts. Performance & Reporting Monitor sales performance, product ranking, and marketplace KPIs. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, returns, ads, and performance metrics. Identify growth opportunities through data analysis. Customer Service & Compliance Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to improve satisfaction. Ensure listings meet marketplace guidelines and compliance standards. Manage returns, claims, and seller support ticket resolutions. Marketing & Promotions Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, coupons, and advertising campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing team for creatives, A+ content, and brand visibility. Optimize ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta, Google Ads) to maximize ROI. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (marketplaces preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel, order management tools, and marketplace dashboards. Good communication and coordination skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Skills (Optional) Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or D2C website handling. Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product photography coordination. Knowledge of bulk upload templates and listings optimization tools.
