Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging and original content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers for campaigns.
• Monitor trends, analyze performance, and prepare monthly reports.
• Run paid ad campaigns and track ROI.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
• Creative mindset with good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads, influencer marketing, and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
