E-commerce Catalog Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·        Upload & manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, and company website

·        Ensure product titles, descriptions, specifications, prices & images are accurate and updated

·        Monitor and update stock levels to reflect current inventory

·        Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch with courier partners

·        Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches, pricing updates & promotions

·        Audit listings for errors, missing details, and compliance issues

·        Track catalog performance and suggest improvements to boost visibility & conversions

·        Remove or update discontinued/out-of-stock products on time

Requirements:

·        Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with e-commerce platforms

·        Strong attention to detail & accuracy in data handling

·        Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·        Good communication & coordination skills

·        Prior experience in catalog management/e-commerce operations is a plus
