About the Role

Ecommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

🛒 Product Listings & Catalogue Management

• Create, upload, and update listings on Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
• Write SEO-optimised titles, bullet points, descriptions, and manage product attributes.
• Ensure correct pricing, inventory, images, and category mapping.
• Coordinate with design team for high-conversion product creatives.

📦 Order & Inventory Management

• Monitor daily orders, coordinate with warehouse, and ensure timely dispatch.
• Track returns, RTO, cancellations, and raise issues with logistics partners.
• Maintain stock accuracy across platforms; update OOS and live SKUs.

📊 Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track sales, sessions, conversion rate, AOV, marketplace performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and insights for management.
• Identify top-selling SKUs, fast/slow movers, and improvement opportunities.

📢 Promotions & Campaigns

• Set up discount codes, offers, bundles, and sale campaigns across platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing team for ads, creatives, and new launches.
• Update homepage banners, collections, and merchandising on Shopify.

👥 Coordination & Cross-Department Work

• Work closely with design, ads, warehouse, and customer support teams.
• Ensure seamless customer journey from listing to delivery.
• Raise tickets and follow-ups with Amazon/Flipkart/Snapdeal/Shopify support.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years experience in ecommerce operations (D2C or marketplaces).
• Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Good command over Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic formulas).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and fast execution.
• Ability to multitask, take ownership, and deliver fast.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with Shiprocket, Uni-commerce, ClickPost.
• SEO knowledge for product pages.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce ads (Meta/Google).
