Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Ecommerce Associate. The Ecommerce Associate will manage daily ecommerce operations, optimize product listings, and oversee the online customer journey to drive conversions. Responsibilities include monitoring digital performance metrics, implementing SEO strategies, managing inventory, creating promotional campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
• Experience with inventory management, order processing, and customer service
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize digital performance metrics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Previous experience in retail or ecommerce is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
