E-Commerce Associate (Remote | Immediate Hiring) Company: Growth Gurus Canada About Us: Growth Gurus Canada is a boutique eCommerce agency helping brands grow across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. We manage everything from product launches and catalog setup to advertising and growth strategy. Our clients span multiple industries, and we pride ourselves on being hands-on, data-driven, and results-focused. We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive E-Commerce Associate to join our remote team and support daily marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. Ensure catalog accuracy, resolve listing and category issues, and maintain product variations. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance visibility and ranking. Assist in inventory tracking, pricing updates, and promotional setup. Prepare and maintain reports in Google Sheets; draft client summaries in Google Docs. Communicate directly with clients during meetings and provide performance insights. Collaborate with creative and advertising teams for listing optimization and campaign support. (Preferred) Assist with PPC or TikTok ad performance tracking and keyword optimization. Requirements Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center. Familiarity with TikTok Shop seller tools and content guidelines is a plus. Excellent spoken and written English; must be confident in client communication. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and data management. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts or brands. Prior experience in eCommerce or digital marketing preferred.
