Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Associate, located in Ahmedabad. The Ecommerce Associate will be responsible for managing eCommerce operations, handling customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, communicating with customers, and improving our online sales strategy. The role also involves close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Commerce and Sales
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with Amazon and other eCommerce platforms is a plus

Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon-Fri), 1 Hour Lunch Break
