Job Description

Role Overview: As a Zonal Sales Head (Eastern UP) based in Lucknow at SHIVA TRADERS, your role involves leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving targets within the designated region. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, overseeing the sales cycle, and ensuring the team's training and motivation. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and/or merchandisers. - Set goals and KPIs for the team, provide coaching, and ensure development. - Sales Strategy: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Eastern UP region in alignment with company goals. - Sales Cycle Management: - Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficient execution. - Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the region. - Understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction. - Performance Monitoring: - Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. - Reporting: - Prepare regular sales reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. - Training and Development: - Develop and implement training programs for the sales team to ensure their success. - New Product Launches: - Stay updated on new product launches and ensure the team is well-trained on them. - Negotiation: - Negotiate and close deals with large customers, securing favorable terms. - Market Knowledge: - Understand the competitive landscape and market trends in Eastern UP to develop effective sales strategies. - Compliance: - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: - Strong Analytical Skills and Sales Management experience. - Proven Account Management and Sales skills. - Proficient in Team Management and leading sales teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Ghaziabad. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Experience in the liquor industry is a plus.,
