Executive


What you’ll do:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes
  • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely execution
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support day-to-day administrative and strategic requirements of the CEO


What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
