Role Description We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive for our Baner, Pune office . This is a full-time, on-site role . The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and deliver measurable results. What you’ll do: Design creatives using Adobe Suite & Canva Manage & optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads Assist with WordPress (Elementor) website updates & landing pages Execute and monitor Email Marketing campaigns using Mailchimp Support lead generation & outreach campaigns via Apollo.io Contribute fresh ideas to improve branding, reach, and engagement Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements What we’re looking for: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing/designing Proficiency in design tools ( Adobe Photoshop,AutoCad, CoralDraw,Illustrator, Canva ) Hands-on experience with Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads Familiarity with WordPress & Elementor Working knowledge of Mailchimp (email campaigns, automations) Exposure to Apollo.io (lead generation & prospecting) Strong communication & content writing skills Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work full-time on-site in Baner, Pune 📍 Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office) 💼 Experience: 1–2 years
