Critical Skills to Possess:

       3–6 years of experience in enterprise architecture, business process management, or related consulting roles.

       Proven hands-on expertise in LeanIX configuration and integrations.

       Strong understanding of API-based integrations, GraphQL, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).

       Experience with Signavio Process Manager (modelling, analysis, governance).

       Familiarity with SAP ecosystem and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate) is a plus.

       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

       Previous experience in IT digital transformation programs.

       Knowledge of IT portfolio management, application rationalization, and business capability modeling.

       Experience with multi-tool ecosystems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

       Lead, mentor, and manage the solution architecture team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.

       Own and advance the SAP architecture strategy, ensuring effective governance, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.

       Perform end-to-end solution architecture, from requirements gathering and design through to implementation and oversight.

       Drive the evolution and optimization of the enterprise architecture toolset, with a primary focus on LeanIX, to support organizational goals and ensure integration with SAP methodologies.

       Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and project teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions.

       Ensure all solution designs comply with established enterprise architecture principles, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

       Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance the enterprise architecture landscape.

       Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.

       Support architecture governance processes, including the development and enforcement of standards, guidelines, and best practices.

       Oversee the documentation of solution architectures, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant teams, as well as approval from the governance process.

       Identify architecture related risks, putting the correct mitigation plan in place and managing until resolution, whilst reducing customisation by implementing standard SAP features.
