Job Summary
The
Admin Manager cum Executive Assistant
will work closely with the CEO, acting as a central coordination point and providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. The role requires flexibility, speed, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage dynamic schedules while supporting business objectives across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO, providing direct administrative, coordination, and execution support on both day-to-day and strategic matters.
- Act as a single point of contact and central coordination person for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as support to leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Identify and support business opportunities through research and market inputs.
- Set up and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, and maintain effective liaison.
- Conduct research as and when needed and present complete research outputs.
- Manage spontaneous and frequently changing schedules efficiently.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with flexibility and adaptability.
- Coordinate with internal cross functional teams across departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Build and maintain proactive media partnerships and manage external communications.
- Create, manage, and deliver presentations and reports as and when needed.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodation and logistics, including visa processing, documentation and any required coordination.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of business operations and strategic thinking.
- Adapt quickly to changing business scenarios and requirements.
- Comfortable working across USA, Africa, UAE and Europe markets.
- Capable of handling pressure, working at speed, and delivering results efficiently.
- Ready and open to frequent travel, including travel at short notice.
- Demonstrate a strong learning mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks.
Essential Tools And Platforms
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experienced with PowerPoint for high-quality presentations
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Asana or equivalent)
- Proficient with calendar management tools to coordinate complex schedules
- Comfortable using collaboration and communication tools (email, chat, video conferencing)
