Executive Assistant – Mumbai

Role Summary:

Executive Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings
  • Follow up with internal teams to close tasks
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and track progress
  • Coordinate across Sales, Ops, Finance, HR
  • Handle special tasks directly from CEO
  • Research and share insights on topics
  • Support occasional personal errands


Must-Have Skills:

  • Top-notch follow-up

    and coordination
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with multitasking and fast turnarounds


Other Requirements:

  • 3–5 yrs experience supporting CXOs/MDs
  • Lives within 45 mins of office
  • Stable work history
  • Preferably married (for long-term continuity)
