Job Description

As an Executive Assistance CoE Location Leader at EY, your role will involve managing the Executive Assistance Team in GDS India, which consists of over 100 FTEs. You will showcase your experience in client and people management, as well as your ability to handle and resolve service delivery concerns. Working closely with onshore teams and other members of the EY GDS services team, you will ensure smooth operations and be responsible for various projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders - Represent GDS in business support services structures at GDS AWS India, Executive Assistance CoE - Monitor and maintain team performance using established ways of working, prioritizing Exceptional Client Service (ECS) - Develop and enhance service offerings with strategies in place for revenue opportunities - Identify individual training and development areas for team members - Ensure appropriate support levels for all team members and implement performance management processes - Contribute to improvements in tools, systems, and procedures used by the team - Monitor instructions, workflow, and assignments to ensure efficient team operations - Drive innovation and explore new opportunities for EY - Strengthen local team connections with the global EY GDS organization - Drive solutions to make EY outstanding in the field - Participate in strategic initiatives and projects - Handle operational matters effectively - Act as a transformative leader **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience as a people manager and/or service delivery manager - Experienced in strategic operations, planning, and execution of global KPIs - Good understanding of labor law, local regulations, market trends, and talent dependencies - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Customer orientation and stakeholder management experience - Understanding and compliance with deadlines and priorities - Experience in building high-performing teams across generations, cultures, and locations - Experience in transitioning or setting up new roles from offshore to onshore - Advanced English skills **Qualifications Required:** - Proven understanding of Shared Services/Global Business Services concept in the Indian business context - Experience and exposure to the UK region is beneficial - Understanding of admin support services at EY and the role of GDS in supporting EY member firms - Experience in leading diverse service delivery teams - Experience in change management At EY, you will be part of a dynamic and truly global delivery network offering fulfilling career opportunities.
