Role Description

E-Tendering Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, track, and participate in relevant 

    government tenders

     through multiple e-tendering portals.
  • Prepare and submit 

    technical and commercial bids

     in compliance with tender specifications.
  • Maintain documentation related to tenders, EMD, performance guarantees, and vendor registrations.
  • Coordinate with the 

    sales, design, and accounts teams

     for pricing, documentation, and technical clarifications.
  • Engage with 

    government clients and contractors

     to understand requirements and propose suitable electrical solutions.
  • Ensure timely renewals of registrations and certifications required for e-tender participation.
  • Maintain records of tenders applied, pending, and awarded, and prepare regular tender status reports.
  • Support the management team in 

    business development and follow-up of submitted bids

    .

Required Skills :

  • Graduate or Diploma (preferably in 

    Electrical or Electronics Engineering

     or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in 

    e-tendering

     or 

    electrical product sales/support

    .
  • Strong understanding of 

    switchgear, panels, cables, motors, transformers, and electrical components

    .
  • Proficiency in 

    MS Office

     and handling online tender portals.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with government officials and clients.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
