As the Head of E-commerce at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital growth of our beauty and personal care brands in India. You will be responsible for owning the E-commerce P&L for each brand across major online marketplaces, building strong relationships with platform account managers, and developing go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and brand visibility. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and nurturing relationships with platform account managers and category teams to enhance visibility and topline growth. - Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for inventory-led and marketplace models. - Planning and managing performance marketing campaigns to optimize ROI across channels. - Leading pricing, assortment, promotions, and merchandising strategy in alignment with platform trends. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution. - Presenting business reviews and growth strategies to leadership and external partners. - Building and managing a high-performing e-commerce team. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce or digital-first roles, preferably in beauty, personal care, or consumer goods. - Proven success in leading e-commerce for high-growth brands with strong platform relationships. - Deep understanding of partner models, operations, and supply chain levers. - Hands-on experience with performance marketing, platform tools, and data analytics. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. - Strong leadership and team management experience. - Education from a Tier 1 business or engineering college is strongly preferred.
