E-Commerce Manager(apparel)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and manage the online retail strategy for our apparel brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our digital sales channels, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day online operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on marketplaces and brand website.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and run digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media promotions.
• Analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and other KPIs to improve conversions and user experience.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
• Work closely with merchandising to ensure correct product assortment and visual merchandising online.
• Optimize website content and customer journey for higher engagement and retention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of various online platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
