Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Etsy & Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our presence on Amazon US and Etsy. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns, driving sales, and managing daily operations on both platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Etsy Ads and Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns to maximize ROI Increase product visibility, traffic, and conversions using SEO, keywords, and PPC strategies Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities Handle day-to-day store operations on both Etsy and Amazon Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly Monitor and analyze performance metrics; generate reports and insights Coordinate with internal teams for listings, inventory, pricing, and fulfillment Ensure all listings meet marketplace guidelines and best practices Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience managing Etsy and Amazon US accounts Proven track record in sales generation, advertising, and customer service Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, tags, categories, and product listing optimization Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM workflows, and advertising tools Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for better performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Preferred Skills: Knowledge of product trends and buyer behavior on Etsy and Amazon US Experience using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, EtsyHunt, or similar Basic graphic editing skills for product image adjustments (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
