Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, order management, digital marketing coordination, and customer engagement across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and social media stores.

Key Responsibilities Product Management

Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse or vendors for restocking.

Online Store Management

Handle day-to-day operations like order processing, returns, and refunds.
Coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

Customer Support

Respond to customer queries and feedback via email, chat, or social media.
Resolve complaints quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction and ratings.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report daily/weekly sales performance.
Analyze best-selling products, traffic, conversion rates, and ad performance.
Suggest improvements in pricing, packaging, or presentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
