Job Description

Key Responsibilities Marketplace Ads Strategy & Execution Plan, implement, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads, and others. Manage budgets and monitor KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC) to ensure maximum ROI. Brand Scaling & Growth Design and execute growth strategies across marketplaces—listing expansion, category diversification, and promotional events (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, etc.). Lead product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars to scale brand presence. Performance Analysis & Reporting Analyze campaign performance and marketplace metrics; produce actionable insights. Generate monthly MIS reports on sales, ad spend, performance KPIs, and growth trends. Inventory & Listing Optimization:-Ensure product listings are SEO-optimized (titles, keywords, content, A+ pages).Collaborate with supply chain/operations to maintain inventory and prevent stockouts. Competitive & Marketplace Intelligence:-Monitor competitor moves, marketplace policies, and emerging sales channels.Adapt ad and listing strategies to stay ahead of competition. Cross-functional Collaboration:-Work with digital marketing, creative, product, and customer service teams to align brand messaging and customer experience. Proven track record in scaling a brand across online marketplaces.Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Ads Manager, Meesho Ads, including bidding strategies, creative optimization, and performance monitoring. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amazon Analytics, Flipkart MyStore).
