E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a smart and proactive E-Commerce Sales & Inventory Executive to handle our online sales operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, tracking inventory both online and at the factory, and coordinating with portal growth and support teams to optimize listings and backend systems. This role requires both analytical and coordination skills for smooth online business operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Online Sales & Listings: • Manage daily sales operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, and others. • Create, update, and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, keywords, prices, etc.). • Handle returns, order processing, and performance tracking on each portal. • Monitor platform policies and ensure listing compliance. Inventory & Stock Management: • Maintain accurate stock levels across all online platforms. • Sync online stock data with factory inventory. • Track fast-moving and slow-moving products to plan replenishment. • Report stock discrepancies and ensure smooth dispatch coordination. Portal Coordination & Backend System Updates: • Work closely with growth teams/support teams of Flipkart, Amazon, etc., to resolve issues and implement suggestions. • Coordinate for ad campaigns, promotions, and visibility improvement. • Suggest and implement backend changes to improve operations and visibility. ⸻ Requirements: • Experience in managing Flipkart, Amazon, or similar e-commerce platforms. • Strong knowledge of inventory handling, online portals, and Excel/Google Sheets. • Familiar with backend seller dashboards and APIs (preferred but not mandatory). • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle both online and physical inventory tracking. ⸻ Education: • Graduate in Commerce, Business, or any relevant field. • Certification in E-Commerce Operations (optional but a plus)
