Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize daily operations across multiple marketplaces and our D2C website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for everything from inventory planning and order management to advertising strategy and business performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Shopify stores.
  • Source, evaluate, and purchase inventory based on demand and sales trends.
  • Track inventory levels, restock fast-selling products on time, and handle low-performing SKUs.
  • Research and source new designs every week to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Create and execute growth strategies and SOPs to avoid listing rejections, order delays, or claims.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics partners like Shiprocket and Shipway to reduce RTOs, resolve weight discrepancies, and improve delivery performance.
  • Monitor brand reviews and feedback, and take corrective actions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads for profitability and ROI improvement.
  • Create FBA shipments, track claim statuses, and manage remittances for warehouse dispatches.
  • Build KPIs, draft weekly and monthly reports, and analyze business performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing, operations, and fulfillment are aligned.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase delivered order percentage and reduce operational costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace or D2C management.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Seller Panel, and other platforms.
  • Experience with advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Shiprocket, Shipway, or similar shipping aggregators.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for dashboard creation and reporting.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
